Professional Liability

Photo of pen resting on contract | Lonsdale Insurance Brokers | Professional LiabilityNo business providing professional advice is immune to claims being brought by third parties.

Traditionally we have more commonly seen the regulated professions such as accountants, architects, insurance brokers, solicitors and surveyors buying professional indemnity insurance, however with an increasingly litigious world that we trade in, we are seeing a considerable increase in other professions being either contractually obliged to buy professional indemnity or are doing so to protect their own business interests and equally promote extra security to clients and prospective clients.

Our professional liability team has a wealth of experience that spans many years in the London and Lloyd’s insurance market. Our specialists have been at the forefront of changing market conditions over the years and have developed strong working relationships with insurers which allow us to negotiate the best possible arrangements for our clients.
